Dear Patient

Re: Appointment Availability.

We are aware that we are struggling to provide enough appointments at present. We are working together to make continuous improvements by the way we offer you appointments, along with the availability of appointments.

Doctor Claire Haward has taken early retirement with immediate effect and this has further reduced availability of appointments. We are writing to advise you of the matter and that we are working to improve this. The Practice Partners are working closely with services to ensure that we have sufficient appointment availability through cover of Locum GP’s at present, until we have more regular doctors. We anticipate this in the next couple of months.

We appreciate your understanding of this matter, please bear with us until we have rectified the situation.

Kinds Regards
